Using slow mindful movements, we will explore the foundation yoga poses (asanas), along with some breathing techniques (pranayama) and finish with a well-deserved relaxation session (savasana).
This class will give you a chance to pause, stretch and release any tension or stiffness in your body; you will leave feeling refreshed and full of positive energy.
A great place to start for those who are new to yoga.
