What to expect in a yoga class

Aim to arrive at least five to ten minutes early to allow yourself to register and get settled. If it is your first class, we can have a brief chat about your previous experience and any injuries/medical conditions you may have. If you are or may be pregnant, I would advise checking with your doctor to see if you have any issues that may affect your practice.

I would recommended that you bring your own mat, blanket and any props you might need (belt, blocks, cushion, knee pad).

Wear light comfortable clothing.

Please leave your shoes outside the studio.

Avoid eating heavy meals before a class (have a light snack if you are hungry). Please bring a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated.

Be kind to your body; take breaks when necessary.

Feel free to ask any questions before or at the end of class.

Turn off all mobile devices (including iPhone watches, Fitbit or any other device that may disturb others).

When booking private 1-2-1 classes, please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. You can cancel by email, phone or text. Providing you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, I am able to can re-schedule your class to an alternative time. If you cancel less than 24 hours (unless there is an emergency), the full amount is non-refundable.
