Yoga For Beginners

Wednesday 7pm - 8pm

These classes are perfect for those who are either new to yoga or returning after a long break.

Many of us are coping with a touch of anxiety at the moment as we are faced with the current global pandemic. If you are missing your weekly yoga fix, there's good news. I will be offering online classes so you can take part in the comfort of your own home. All you need is a laptop/mobile device, enough space and a good internet connection.

Due to the current situation, online classes operate as a 'pay what you can afford' option, with a minimum amount of £6.  You can pay via PayPal: paypal.me/yogawithwaihan (choose the 'friends and family' option). Alternatively, if you do not have a PayPal account, email me and I will forward you my bank details.

 

Choose your class from the options below. All classes are via Zoom (free to use and there's no need to set up an account).

 

If you are a new student, please let me know about any health conditions or injuries that may affect your practice by completing a health questionnaire.
