Designed to help you relax, recharge and regain your strength after birth. It is also a great way to meet and connect with other mums.

These classes are suitable for women following a satisfactory six week check post birth or eight week check post C-section.

You will be required to complete a health questionnaire before commencing the classes. Please email me to book a place.
