Testimonials
"Our Cippenham beginners sessions are perfect for anyone wanting to try yoga. The atmosphere is relaxed and people are friendly. I am feeling better in my body and also in my mind and Wai-Han is great teacher. Thank you for this journey."

"As a rather inflexible male, I approached a yoga class with a fair amount of trepidation thinking I would stick out like a sore thumb! Wai-Han immediately put me at ease and made me feel welcome. The classes themselves have a variety of 'difficulties' within most moves/poses so you can choose to push yourself as much (or little!) as you like. A Monday evening class is genius - means I approach Tuesday with the same relaxed mindset that
I have after the weekend!"

“Wai-Han's "Unwind Yoga" has improved my flexibility and strength and has reduced stress and anxiety. I joined to help prevent injury in rowing and have not been disappointed. The class is open to all ages and abilities, and is attended by experienced yogis and complete beginners alike (Wai-Han always gives various options for difficulty) which makes for a really great and supportive community. Wai-Han has a very soothing voice which keeps participants focused and relaxed. She gives good feedback on technique every session.”

"Wai-Han’s class is excellent. As a senior beginner it is intense and challenging, whilst being calming. Giving focus to your body and mind exclusively means you put aside all other thoughts – it is dedicated Me Time for healing.
The exercises are progressive and linked. One is encouraged to push the boundaries while being mindful of one’s own limitations – work to your own comfort level. As an instructor Wai-Han is always welcoming, supportive, and helpful with continual guidance, reminders, tips, and pointers through out the class. One is so focused and in the zone that the 1 hour sessions fly by in no time."

"I recently attended pregnancy yoga with Wai-Han and loved it! I was a complete beginner but I felt like I was in great hands and found it extremely relaxing. Wai-Han adjusted all of the poses for our individual needs and encouraged us all along the way. I look forward to attending more classes in the future. Thank you!'
Madeleine - Maidenhead
"Wai-Han is a very patient and kind instructor, her classes are tailored for beginners and experienced alike. There is always a very relaxed feel to the classes and she goes out of her way to create an atmosphere where you can truly focus on yourself. Since starting classes, my sciatic back pain has been easier to manage and yoga has also helped with anxiety and stress management."

"I booked an hour yoga class with Wai-Han to finish off a two day team building for myself and my team of 12 people. From start to finish, Wai-Han was helpful, professional and put even the most unsteady of students at ease! Her class was pefectly balanced between relaxation tips to some more challenging yoga poses. The class was perfect for our group so thank you Wai-Han. We will definitely be booking again!"
